Admission Requirements

i. A Master's Degree [Level 7, Malaysian Qualification Framework (MQF)] in the Education or related fields accepted by the University Senate; or

ii. Other qualifications equivalent to a Master's Degree (Level 7, MQF) recognised by the Government of Malaysia; or

iii. Candidates without a related qualification in the field/s or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite couses determined by the University A Bachelor Degree (Level 6, MQF) with the following conditions: i. A Bachelor's degree in the field or related fields with first-classs (Cumulative Grade Point Avererage of 3.67 or higher) and show evidence of related research aptitude to to the satisfaction of the Senate; ii. Undergo internal assessment; AND iii. Any other requirements of the University Bachelor's Degree (Level 6, MQF) candidates who are registered for Master's Degree (Level 7, MQF) programme may apply to convert to the Doctoral Degree Programmes subjected to the following conditions: i. Within one year for full time and within two years for part time candidates; ii. Having shown competency and capabilites in conducting reseach in doctoral-level iii. Approval of the University Senate English Language Proficiency Requirements International Students: InternationalEnglish Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic: 6.0 or its equivalent. Local Students: Malaysian UniversityEnglish Test (MUET) Band 3
