) STPM CGPA 3.0 with Grades BBB,ABC or AAC in 3 subjects i.e. 
• Biology; and • Chemistry, and • Physics or Mathematics. 
Minimum Grade B in Chemistry.
OR
ii) A-Level BBB, AAC or ABC in 
• Biology; and • Chemistry, and • Physics or Mathematics. 
Minimum Grade B in Chemistry. 
Note: The requirement of 3B as proposed by Malaysian Pharmacy Board is equivalent to a score of 300 with Grade B in Chemistry.
OR
iii.       Pass UEC with B4 in 5 subjects : ●        Biology; and ●        Chemistry; and ●        Physics; and ●        Mathematics ;  and ●        Advanced Mathematics
OR
iv) Matriculation/Pre-Medical/Pharmacy/Foundation in Science (Programme must be conducted not less than 1 year) CGPA 3.0 with a minimum B in Chemistry.
AND
Pass SPM/ O Level or its equivalent with 5 Bs each in  ●        Biology; and ●        Chemistry; and ●        Physics; and ●        Mathematics or Additional Mathematics; and ●        another subject
OR
iv.       Pass UEC with a minimum  grade of B4 each in 3 subjects : ●        Biology; and ●        Chemistry; and ●        Physics or Mathematics or Advanced Mathematics
OR
v) Diploma in Science (Chemistry or Biology or Physics) CGPA 3.75 with a minimum B in Chemistry
AND
Pass SPM/ O Level or its equivalent with 5 Bs each in  ●        Biology; and ●        Chemistry; and ●        Physics; and ●        Mathematics or Additional Mathematics; and ●        another subject
OR

vi) Diploma in Pharmacy
CGPA 3.50

vii) Degree in Science
CGPA 2.75 (Grade C+)
OR
viii) Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Government of Malaysia
All applicants must attain the following proficiency:
i) Minimum of Band 3 in the MUET upon graduation OR ii) Score of 550 in TOEFL; iii) 5.0 in IELTS * If English Language proficiency stated in (ii) and (iii) is not met, Band 3.5* MUET is applicable.
Note: Malaysian applicants who seek employment in the public sector must fulfill the requirement of Bahasa Melayu and English language set by the Public Services Comission of Malaysia (SPA)
