Penn State alumna Elizabeth Huber used the ELIM degree to fast-track her career. A lieutenant in the US Navy Civil Engineering Corps, Huber graduated with a Master of Engineering in engineering leadership and innovation management in 2018. Since completing her degree, Huber has applied the skills she learned in the programme to take on multiple leadership roles within the US Navy.
