and by the way, The Turkish TÜBİTAK Scholarship for Graduate Studies (Code 2215) has been closed since last year, and will not be active until further notice of the website itself. This is such bad news.

Hi Pouya, that is a shame, thanks for letting us know! I've now corrected this part of the scholarship listing - it looks like they still offer a scholarship for PhD students. :)
