Training of competent specialists in the field of land cadastre for the land registry, who have professional skills in accounting for the value of land plots in terms of urban and public property, who possess the necessary reliable information about the development of territories, their construction, and other land plots for the implementation of urban planning and investment activities of public authorities, individuals and legal entities
The graduate will have the following skills:
Apply the achievements of modern means of computer technology, three-dimensional laser scanning, virtual computer modeling to work on projects of urban areas, urban planning and cadaster. Solve typical engineering problems using general patterns of engineering geodesy, hydrogeology, geology, soil science, land management of urban areas and scientific research to evaluate real estate. Classify real estate, engineering structures, building materials when monitoring the land management system, construction and operation of civil and transport structures. Evaluate factors affecting the price of land and real estate in solving problems in the field of land management, cadastre, landscape and spatial planning, taking into account the methods of scientific research. Analyze the solution of engineering problems, the principles of allocation of structural elements of the framework, vertical planning in the design, reconstruction and renovation of urban areas by methods of scientific research. Create engineering systems, networks and equipment of water supply, sewerage, heat and gas supply, electricity supply in the development of projects for the organization of the improvement of urban areas, taking into account computer modeling.

Admission of foreign citizens to study at ALT on a paid basis is carried out based on the results of an interview conducted by ALT admissions committees during a calendar year. At the same time, enrollment of foreign citizens is carried out in accordance with the academic calendar 5 (five) days before the beginning of the next academic period.

In Kazakhstan, the admission of foreign citizens with a state educational order is carried out on a competitive basis:
educational grants under the Scholarship Program of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
educational grants within the framework of international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
educational grants for studying at international universities established on the basis of interstate agreements (carried out by universities independently).
Also, the admission of foreign citizens to study at universities on a fee basis is carried out according to the results of an interview conducted by the admission commissions of the Academy during the calendar year.
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides grants for foreign students, including for persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The program provides students with free tuition and a monthly scholarship depending on the academic success of the student.
The scholarship includes:
- free training for the entire duration of the selected educational program;
- a monthly scholarship for the entire duration of the study, depending on the academic success of the student.

Afterarriving in Kazakhstan, you will present the original documents to the admissions committee when you arrive at the Academy of Logistics and Transport.
One of the main goals of the academy is to create comfortable conditions and a comfortable environment for students. The Academy has 4 student dormitories with 2500 seats. To date, the students of the Academy are provided with 100%.
In the homes of ALT students, there is a free wireless WI-FI Internet access network, with a speed of 100 Mbit/s.
All conditions for life, study and recreation have been created in the homes of students.
All the houses of the academy students are equipped with gyms, which are equipped for sports activities, as well as billiard and tennis tables, and an aerobics room for girls.
A library, gyms, a canteen, a terminal for replenishing phone accounts, copy centers, a laundry room – all the first things necessary for a comfortable life function in every student's Home.
Check-in to students' houses is carried out according to the Rules of residence of students in the houses of students in ALT.
Check-in at students' homes begins annually from August 25th.
