Master in Talent Management (HR)

The Master in Talent Management (MTM) at Advantere is designed for early-career professionals who want to build a strong and highly employable career in Human Resources and people management. Built on the foundation of the oldest HR master’s program in Spain, the MTM combines academic rigor with a clear focus on employability in a fast-changing business environment. The program prepares students to understand talent as a strategic function, equipping them with the skills needed to manage people, culture, and organizations in complex and international contexts.

Learning in the MTM is grounded in real-world, project-based experiences. Students work on real HR challenges with leading organizations such as L’Oréal, KPMG, BMW, LVMH, and NTT DATA, applying classroom knowledge to practical business situations from day one. The program is highly international, with students from all continents, and is delivered through a flexible schedule designed to accommodate internships and professional development. Advantere actively organizes internship opportunities for MTM students, reinforcing its strong employability focus. In addition, all students are paired with a senior-level mentor and receive continuous career guidance throughout the year. Taught 100% in English and including a residential academic period at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., the MTM prepares graduates to access roles in talent management, HR consulting, organizational development, and people analytics with confidence.
