1- to build the leadership quality for graduation through teaching the skillful art of leadership and to research ways and means of solving problems and team work spirit and to uphold quality and professional behavior
2- To enact the role of the department in formalizing mutual work plans to exchange experience, knowledge and joint conferences with relevant scientific establishments to uphold quality assurance standards and academic accreditation at the quality and quantity levels on the implementation of the scientific programs of the building engineering and project management
3- to ensure a suitable level of the laboratories of the department compatible with the requirements of quality assurance standards and academic accreditation of good lab practices (GLP) and the pursuit for continuous development on top of the development of the task forces in these specialized labs.
