Under the guidance of an executive Human Resources (HR) advisory council, American University's MS in Human Resource Analytics and Management curriculum was designed to unite advanced human resource skills with emergent technologies and an analytical understanding of data that meeting an urgent need in the industry. By the end of the program, you'll develop stronger human resources programs, design engaging online initiatives, and enhance HR plan developments with a mastery of human resource analytics, technologies, and complex HR skills.
