- Official Transcript Request Form (via Adobe Sign). In most cases, this will allow us to request your transcripts on your behalf.
- All official college transcripts from each college or university previously attended and currently attended
- 2.75 GPA or higher (or 3.0 on last 30 hours)
- Submit three names and email addresses of professional and/or academic references to your enrollment counselor for School of Education requirements.
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
