Master of Science in Strategic Thinking for Christian Organizations

(Offered in both English and Spanish)

Objectives: The Master of Science in Strategic Thinking equips professionals to identify, frame, and solve complex challenges in an AI-driven world.

Its core objectives are to:

1. Strengthen key cognitive skills such as critical thinking, creativity and systemic thinking.

2. Cultivate socio-emotional intelligence to lead diverse, distributed teams, while focusing on essential Christian values that enable Human Transformation.

3. Master visual-thinking tools—including Buzan Mind Mapping—to structure ideas and accelerate innovation.

4. Apply data analytics and generative-AI methods to design evidence-based strategies; and

5. Transform theory into impact through three mentored, real-world projects that replace traditional exams.

Graduates leave ready to craft resilient business models, pilot digital transformations, and convert disruption into sustainable advantage.

Graduate Profile: Graduates of the MS in Strategic Thinking emerge as versatile strategists who blend human insight with technological fluency. They demonstrate five professional competencies:

• Critical Analysis: break down ambiguous problems, apply root-cause mapping, and generate data-backed options.

• Creative Foresight: use Mind Mapping, lateral-thinking techniques, and AI co-creation tools to surface unconventional opportunities.

• Systemic Decision Making: model interdependencies, test scenarios with analytics, and select paths that balance risk and reward.

• Socio-Emotional Leadership: harness empathy, cognitive flexibility, and conflict-resolution skills to inspire cross-functional teams.

• Digital Execution: translate strategy into agile roadmaps, prototype solutions, and scale innovations with AI, and automation platforms. These capabilities position graduates for high-impact roles—strategy director, product innovator, transformation lead—or to launch tech-enabled ventures.

By mastering multimodal AI tools and human-centric frameworks, they can craft value propositions that resonate in volatile markets, steer organizations through digital disruption, and create sustainable growth. Employers and investors recognize the double credential—awarded jointly by UCNE University and Tony Buzan Academy—as proof of strategic rigor, creative agility, and readiness to lead in the next wave of intelligent business.
