Managers must acquire special skills that go beyond the technical and methodological knowledge of business management. In the specialization “Digital Management” in the Bachelor programme “International Business”, students will acquire important specialist knowledge and skills in order to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of companies through digital strategies and to develop new digital business models. Students will gain a basic understanding of digital technologies and their resource-conserving use in companies as well as learning methods and techniques of innovation and change management.
