The curriculum of the Music Performance programme aims at producing learned professional performers. The programme is unique in its overall design for instrumentalists or vocalists to go through a comprehensive training so that upon graduation, they will be versatile musicians either as a soloist or a member in a professional performing organization. The required course Ethics and Entrepreneurship in Arts will assure the graduates to become a responsible person making positive contribution to society. In addition to the practical courses relating to music performance, the elective courses cover a wide range of practical and professional subjects much needed in the society. They include subjects in music therapy, music management and promotion, recording and editing, world music and popular music, etc. As such, the graduates in Music Performance can immediately enter and contribute to the professional world in different music-related positions, from performance to research to management.

The tuition fee for local and international students is 95000 RMB per academic year.

Shenzhen Finance Institute (SFI) has collaborated with CUHK-Shenzhen to offer Master’s programs. 

SFI offers six full-time Master of Science programs in finance, economics, accounting, data science, marketing and information management and business analytics, and two part-time Master of Science programs in finance and business management.

Tuition is the same for both local and international students and is above RMB 200,000 for all SFI programs (depending on the program and length). For example, MSc in Finance is 258,000 RMB for 18 months.

Scholarships are provided for both local and international students. Merit-based Entrance Scholarships are granted to qualified candidates; Scholarship for Academic Excellence will be awarded subjected to satisfactory academic performance.

Applicants should submit their applications and upload documents via the Online System for Applicants of Postgraduate Programs. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of RMB 300.
