The MSc - Master of Science in Corporate Finance & Fintech is designed to develop this dual competence, preparing students to operate effectively in a financial environment shaped by innovation, data, and digital transformation.
Delivered over one academic year*, the programme provides advanced knowledge in corporate finance, financial markets, and fintech applications. By combining analytical methods, financial tools, and technological approaches, students acquire the skills required to evaluate, structure, and optimise complex financial decisions while understanding the innovations that are reshaping the sector.
The programme is open to candidates holding a four-year Bachelor’s degree, a Master 1 qualification (240 ECTS, equivalent to four years of higher education), or an equivalent diploma. Applicants from management, engineering, scientific, or quantitative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Designed to lead to a Master’s-level qualification (equivalent to Bac+5), the programme enables participants to develop expertise that can be directly applied in a variety of finance-related positions, including Financial Analyst, Investment Banking Analyst, Fintech Manager, and Data Analyst. Throughout the programme, students strengthen both their technical and strategic capabilities, preparing them to contribute to financial performance in increasingly digitalised organisations.
A particular focus is placed on the evolving relationship between finance and technology. Students gain exposure to the concepts, tools, and practices that are transforming the industry while also preparing for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, one of the most widely recognised credentials in the global finance sector.
The programme aims to educate future managers capable of combining financial analysis, strategic thinking, and technological innovation to address the challenges faced by contemporary organisations and financial institutions.
Founded in 1919, Clermont School of Business is recognised internationally for the quality of its programmes and holds AACSB, AMBA, and EFMD accreditations. Admission Process
Entry to the MSc - Master of Science in Corporate Finance & Fintech is based on a selective admissions procedure combining an evaluation of the candidate’s academic qualifications and an interview.
Academic Requirements
Applicants must have successfully completed at least four years of higher education, corresponding to a BBA, a Master 1 qualification, or an equivalent degree.

Interview Stage
