The graduate of the second degree of the study program Optics, Lasers and Optical Spectroscopy has a good overview of optics, laser physics, structure of atoms and molecules and optical spectroscopy, masters the mathematical apparatus, simulation methods and experimental techniques used in optics, laser physics and optical spectroscopy. He has basic theoretical knowledge and experimental experience in related specializations (solid state physics, electronics, vacuum physics, plasma physics, ...) necessary for his focus. He is able to apply his knowledge in the field of optics and lasers in related specializations and to solve interdisciplinary physical problems independently or in a team. The graduate is ready to work with as well as develop advanced software focused on the design of optical systems, experimental control and recording of experimental data from optical and laser diagnostic measurements. The graduate is able to creatively apply the acquired knowledge, can work with extensive literature and is able to acquire new knowledge. Graduates receive the title Mgr.
