The Master of Science (MSc) in Management is a research-based graduate program designed for students who wish to become strategic, data-driven industry specialists and enhance their research expertise in the areas of human resources, individual and organizational behaviour and strategic management. The curriculum focuses on developing knowledge about current management theories and introducing the tools and methods used to conduct advanced research in an organizational setting.
The research-based nature of John Molson's Master’s programs means that students refine skills related to data collection, in-depth analysis, problem-solving and written and oral communication In addition, our students benefit from a number of experiential, hands-on opportunities that prepare them for their future careers in business and allow them to build their network.
MSc students work closely with a faculty member to develop their thesis in an area they are passionate about. Become an expert in your field with advanced analytical and technical skills valued by employers and produce the kind of research that is becoming increasingly necessary in public and private organizations. The program will also provide a springboard for those students wishing to pursue a PhD.

Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with high a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 3.00 on a 4.30 scale (roughly equivalent to a B grade) from an accredited university. Applicants must also have maintained a B average in their final two years of study
- Applicants must submit proof of satisfactory performance on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) completed within the previous five years

- Three Letters of Reference
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
- Candidates are required to submit an essay(s) for acceptance
