Year 2- After establishing a strong and practical base in the first year, students progress by learning management skills as part of their education.

Year 3- In the last year, students shift away from kitchen duties to explore the entrepreneurial aspect of the culinary industry. They focus on bringing innovative food concepts to life. All three pathways follow the same course structure.
