Internetworking draws on interdisciplinary knowledge, requires practical ability, and capitalizes on individual strengths. To succeed in the Internetworking industry, our students must have a solid understanding of materials from a number of disciplines, including engineering, computer science and mathematics.
Our objectives:
  • to emphasize the underlying principles of the interdisciplinary areas of study;
  • to emphasize the practice of Internetworking, ensuring that all students will graduate with a common set of fundamental and practical Internetworking abilities that will allow them to step immediately into Internetworking-related employment;
  • to provide the basis for graduates to take on advanced responsibilities that capitalize on their individual backgrounds, and advance in Internetworking careers along lines related to their particular strengths and interests.
