The Animal Science major is designed to give students the scientific foundation required to understand and work with animals in a variety of contexts. That foundation begins with the first-year courses that form the BSc (Agriculture) core and continues in second, third and fourth year with more specialized courses.


Graduates leave the program with an understanding of how animals work, as well as the practical experience to work with them.
