General
information
This
programme is designed by RSM’s faculty members, who are among the most
productive researchers in the world. They bring the latest theories of customer
behaviour and the latest technologies into the classroom, and update the
portfolio every year to reflect the changing marketing landscape. This
programme delivers knowledge, tools and tactics so you can create value for any
kind of company or organisation.
There are
immense possibilities for specialising within marketing and within the
programme, but first you complete the compulsory core courses that help you to
understand the crucial role of marketing. Then you can choose from a diverse
set of electives that give you the depth of knowledge to become a successful
marketing professional.
It’s
essential for marketing professionals to know how to use digital marketing and
data analytics. Skills like data mining, SEO, and using social media are now
much more important. In this programme, you can even specialise and
differentiate yourself by choosing one of two elective tracks; brand and
product management, or digital marketing and analytics.
Highlights
Study trips
and company visits, study exchanges, and extracurricular activities address the
subject of marketing management from every angle.
Students appreciate the
up-to-date content ‘which makes it even more interesting’ they say. They also
note that courses fit coherently together.
Your fellow
RSM students, your professors, and researchers in the business school come from
all over the world, and bring their international insights into consumer
behaviour; you can learn practical tactics for integrating this knowledge into
solid marketing strategies.
