LEADING INTERNATIONAL CULINARY ARTS & HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT SCHOOL

more than 30 years, the school has been training expert, committed and
responsible leaders and managers of tomorrow in the culinary arts, hospitality,
food service and pastry sectors and represents an ecosystem that is unique in

Our educational philosophy is based on experiential learning, on a unique
training ground-school centred around project management, talent discovery,
entrepreneurial spirit and creativity (7 restaurants including one Michelin-starred, 4 hotels including a 5-star hotel, 20 cooking and pastry facilities).

General
We provide our students with a distinctive learning environment designed specifically for an experiential teaching approach that offers a real-world pedagogical experience combining practice and theory for a 360° exposure to the Hospitality, Food Service and Culinary Arts sectors.
Student life
Institut Lyfe’s main campus is in Lyon, France. Cultural diversity plays an important part of life on a campus with 1,200 students and over 75 different nationalities.
Accommodation (Le Clipper) is just five minutes from the school, with 114 bedrooms equipped with private bathrooms.
The international students affairs department will help students with all of the administrative procedures.
Before the first week, international students have a two-day "Easy France toolbox" seminar. Every month the international student affairs department organizes cultural activities for international students.

Students with a French baccalaureate must apply to join one of our Bachelor programs on Parcoursup (national admissions platform according to the timetable set by the French government each year).
