The Bachelor of Business Administration program prepares the undergraduate students to create, manage, and lead business organizations that provide sustainable value in a regional and international environment. It is an undergraduate program offered by the Business Administration Discipline of the Management and Business Administration School, Khulna University with an option to select Major in a wide range of areas.
The program runs on course credit system and requires a student to earn a minimum of 143 credit hours to obtain the degree. The program duration is four years distributed along eight terms and contains core courses in the area of Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and specialized courses offered in major areas. The major areas include Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management and Information Technology.
The program is designed with a view to provide students with ample industry and business exposure. Up to date pedagogy are used in all the courses to enrich students’ knowledge and skills in critical thinking, managing and leading, effective decision making, dynamic adaptability, teamwork, research and communication. The program aims to prepare the students to face the intense competition in diversified national and multinational environment as well as to set up the startups. It also orients the students to identify real life business problems and solve them within a comprehensive research atmosphere.
Being in line with the ongoing industry practices is a top priority of the program and hence the course contents are designed and regularly updated in collaboration with the stakeholders.
