The graduate program is designed for working professionals seeking to launch new ventures or advance their careers through entrepreneurial leadership. Six tracks—Startup Incubation & Investment, Entrepreneurship Education, Venturing, ESG Social Venture, AI Business Innovation, and Entrepreneur Track—enable students to tailor their learning pathway within a comprehensive entrepreneurship curriculum. The curriculum integrates for-credit internships with research seminars and a thesis option, linking classroom learning to real-world practice.
At GSGE, students develop the capabilities to become incubation and investment specialists, effective entrepreneurship educators, and leaders who create and scale innovative businesses. Guided by dedicated faculty and practice-oriented coursework, the program blends academic rigor with field-based learning to cultivate professionals ready to shape Korea’s startup and innovation ecosystem.
