The BA in Graphic Design and Digital Media will prepare students to practice graphic design professionally. Critical thinking and active discovery through process is emphasized, enabling students to work in any medium neces- sary to creatively propose and solve design problems.
Graphic Design students at MEU will study theory and history, learn to master in-studio visual communication methods, and complete an internship experience. They will design promotional materials, educational materials, identity systems, signs and symbols, books, exhibitions and other industry related elements. Students will learn to become design leaders as they inform, guide, clarify, promote and empower through visual communication.
