The training of bachelors in the field of national ideals, moral principles and legal education is carried out based on the national qualification framework, professional standards, and the requirements and needs of personnel customers. Training in all forms of education is organized on the basis of the credit-module system. The standard duration of the full-time bachelor's program is 4 years.

Qualification requirement 60112100-National idea, foundations of spirituality and in the implementation of the mastery of the curriculum and science programs for the training of higher-educated bachelors in the field of legal education in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan represents a set of requirements for higher education institutions that train personnel in all fields of pedagogy.
Key users of qualification requirements:
-For quality development, effective implementation and updating of curriculum and science programs, taking into account the achievements of science, technology and social spheres in the field of national ideal, spiritual foundations and legal education professors - teachers of responsible higher education institutions;
- students of the field of education who effectively carry out educational activities on mastering the curriculum and science programs;
- management staff of higher education institutions (rector, vice-rectors, heads of educational departments, deans and heads of departments) who respond to the level of preparation of graduates within their authority;
- State attestation and examination commissions that evaluate the level of preparation of graduates;
- bodies providing financing of higher education institutions;
- competent State bodies that control the accreditation and quality of the higher education system;
- personnel orderers and employing organizations;
