Professional education: the training of bachelors in the field of light industrial construction work and technology (sewing technology) is carried out based on the national qualification framework, professional standards, and the requirements and needs of personnel customers.
Training in all forms of education is organized on the basis of the credit-module system. The standard duration of the full-time bachelor's program is 4 years.
Vocational education: the application of the qualification requirement in the field of education in the field of work and technology of construction of light industrial goods (technology of sewing goods).
Qualification requirement – Professional education: in the implementation of the mastery of the curriculum and science programs for the training of higher-educated bachelors in the field of education in the field of construction and technology of light industrial products (sewing products technology) represents a set of requirements for higher education institutions training personnel in all pedagogic fields in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

– Professional education: high-quality development of curriculum and science programs, taking into account the achievements of science, technology and social spheres in the field of light industrial construction work and technology (sewing technology), professors of higher education institutions responsible for effective implementation and renewal;

- management staff of higher education institutions (rector, vice-rectors, heads of educational departments, deans and heads of departments) who respond to the level of preparation of graduates within their authority;
- State attestation and examination commissions that evaluate the level of preparation of graduates;
- bodies providing financing of higher education institutions;
- competent State bodies that control the accreditation and quality of the higher education system;
- personnel customers and employing organizations.
