The Interior Design program aims to educate students on how creative and engineering processes can be used to produce technical designs based on the principles of robustness, usability, and beauty whilst instilling the values of global competitiveness, interdisciplinary thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit. The curriculum focuses on the fundamental techniques required in interior design and the psychology behind it. Three types of spaces are highlighted throughout the program: residential spaces, retail spaces, commercial offices, and public spaces. The scope of learning ranges from simple single buildings to high-complexity buildings. Throughout the program, students can expect to also develop their skills in using technology in design.
