Program structure (overview)
The program has a modular pathway with 3 progressive stages. You may exit after the Postgraduate Certificate (PGC), continue one semester for the Postgraduate Diploma (PGD/DAS), or complete the full MAS with an MA Expert live project (total ~12 months). Delivery is primarily at Leysin with off‑campus applied phases.
- Term 1 (15 weeks): Core business modules & Specialization modules depending on chosen major.

- Leadership & Organisational Transformation
- Entrepreneurship & Financial Intelligence
- AI, Data & the Future of Business
- Governance, Risk & Compliance
Specialization modules: tailored discipline modules depending on chosen major:
- Real Estate: Luxury Real Estate & Property Management; Property Development & Design
- Wellness: Spa & Medical Wellness Operations; Longevity & Healthspan Programme Design
- Mega Events: Mega Event Operations; Smart Venues & Guest Technology.
- Term 2: Applied Learning “Atelier” (6 weeks):
industry‑embedded experience or online simulation to apply specialist skills
Completion awards the Postgraduate Diploma in the chosen major.
- Term 3: MA Expert (9 weeks on campus + 6 weeks off‑campus live project)
-Advanced expertise modules (2 per major) followed by a live industry project (6 weeks off‑campus).
Successful completion awards the Swiss Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in the selected major.
Optional 1‑year supervised internship: graduates may undertake a one‑year professional placement and receive a Certificate of Professional Experience.Career outlook (examples by major)
