- Participants and facilitators for designing, assisting and collaborating in Faculty Development Programs within their institutes and beyond. Mentors, guides, educational counsellors and wellness advocates
- Advocates of Information and Communication Technology including e-learning, online learning, use of simulations and other modalities.
- Self-directed learners, capable of planning and documenting their leaning experiences and reflections in the form of e-portfolio, which will be a part of their formative and summative learning.
