Founded in 1878, Télécom Paris is France’s #1-ranked school for digital technology (2021 Figaro Ranking). As a founding member of Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Télécom Paris is now ranked 49th worldwide institution (2022 QS Rankings ) and 48th worldwide in Computer Sciences and 2nd in France in Engineering (2022 THE WUR by subject).

Most international students enter directly the 2nd year (Master level) of our Télécom Paris engineering program (diplôme d’ingénieur). French-speaking students may also enter the 1st year to follow the full 3 year-curriculum. The program includes a 6-month paid internship within a company in France.

It is a highly customizable training program. During the 1st year, students follow mandatory scientific courses in mathematics, electronics, physics, Communications, Signal, image and sound processing, Computer Science and Networks. They also choose among a wide range of elective courses: languages, economic and social sciences, soft skills and Humanities.

During the 2nd year, students may choose 2 study tracks among 14 disciplines, 6 of which are fully taught in English:

During their 3nd year, they focus on one specialization or may choose to apply to one of the selective Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) Masters or to a partner university Master. In the latter option, the student graduates both from Télécom Paris and either IP Paris or the partner university. The final year also includes a 6-month paid internship within a company or laboratory in France.

The Post-Master's degree (6 years of studies after A Levels) meet the expectations of either professionals seeking vocational retraining or students looking for a specialization or a dual skill-set.

95% of the 470 Post-Master’s degree students at Télécom Paris find a well-paid job within 6 months after graduation.
