This Construction Project Management program trains teachers capable of evaluating the consumption of energy and water resources of an infrastructure project, by applying the fundamentals of sustainable construction, with the purpose of identifying opportunities to save resources in construction. The general objective is to train teachers capable of planning, managing and implementing new projects by applying techniques for the efficiency in the use of human, physical and economic resources, with the aim of generating comprehensive solutions that increase the productivity of private or public construction companies. Graduates will be able to create solutions to problems related to the management of construction projects, through the application of administrative, financial, current legislation and engineering techniques and methodologies, to improve the productivity of a construction company.
