The Communication Undergraduate Program, which was created in 1972 and pioneer in the country, provides exhaustive training that places emphasis on planning and management of communication projects, as well as on development of innovative products.
Said academic policy is based on a critical and creative approach that thanks to the flexible structure of a comprehensive and consistent curriculum allows an overall view of the profession. At the same time, it prepares its students to choose one or more majors.
Graduates from the Communication Program of the University of Lima have acquired the skills and tools necessary to analyze, understand and develop communication products of all type. They may also creatively intervene in any communication process. In this regard, graduates may:
Investigate processes and communication phenomena.
Design, manage and evaluate communication projects undertaken at their own initiative or on behalf of third parties.
Make strategic decisions that will contribute to the improvement and innovation of processes and communication products.
Join multi-purpose and multidisciplinary teams in order to carry out a common project.
