The Master's Degree in Criminal Law at the Faculty of Jurisprudence includes several epistemological axes of knowledge, including substantive and procedural aspects. It covers two major guiding approaches. On the one hand, the development of aspects that a criminal law program traditionally contains, such as the theory of punishment and crime, the problems of the special part, and the criminal law procedure. In a second block, a disruptive approach is projected, which covers topics that, despite their great relevance and importance, are not usually addressed in this type of programs, such as the gender approach, international criminal law, transitional justice. and corporate criminal law.
