The Master's Degree in Pediatric Physiotherapy is aimed at physiotherapists who wish to specialize in the counseling, treatment, and care of children, from infants and toddlers to adolescents, who have health conditions that hinder their development. This may be due to illness, developmental delay, or movement disorders (both congenital and acquired), whether temporary or permanent.

You will learn the main assessment tools and the application of therapies based on scientific evidence to enhance the motor, cognitive, emotional, communicative, and sensory development of pediatric patients. With theoretical and practical training, you will be able to treat motor development disorders and anything that may affect them. The Master's Degree in Pediatric Physiotherapy is primarily professionally oriented. Its objective is to train highly qualified professionals in the physiotherapy approach to pediatric patients in the clinical setting, always based on scientific evidence in physiotherapy practice with pediatric patients.
Upon completion of the master's degree, as a pediatric physical therapist, you will be prepared to work with the various health conditions of pediatric patients you must address, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and oncological disorders. You will also learn to properly assess the strengths and weaknesses of patients and their families to make the most appropriate therapeutic decisions for each situation.
