In line with the vision of the Master’s Program in Educational Administration, which is "To produce outstanding graduates who are educational administrators, education consultants, educational institution managers, and professional educators based on Prophetic teaching in Education Program Administration, with spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and social intelligence," the Master’s Program in Educational Administration focuses on empowering the production of human resources who excel in the field of Educational Administration. This is achieved through the following missions:
- To organize Educational Administration education with a global perspective and future development, striving for excellence.
- To organize Educational Administration education that is intelligent, intellectual, and Islamic.
- To organize Educational Administration education that produces leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit, based on Akhlaqul Karimah (noble character).
- To conduct research and development in the field of Educational Administration.
- To carry out empowerment and community service activities based on research and scientific development, particularly in the field of Educational Administration.
- To integrate Islamic values and Muhammadiyah principles in the development of knowledge, especially in the field of Educational Administration, towards the elevation of character and professional maturity.
