The Professional Teacher Education Program (PPG) at Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS) is designed to prepare prospective and in-service teachers to meet national professional standards and become competent, reflective, and innovative educators. As a Teacher Education Institution (LPTK), UPGRIS implements the program in accordance with national teacher education standards and government regulations. The curriculum integrates pedagogical competence, professional competence, social competence, personality development, educational technology, classroom practice, and reflective teaching. Participants engage in coursework, professional workshops, teaching practice, performance assessment, and competency-based evaluation to strengthen their readiness for professional teaching careers. The program emphasizes student-centered learning, digital pedagogy, educational innovation, and lifelong professional development. Graduates are prepared to become certified professional teachers capable of contributing to quality education and sustainable educational development in Indonesia.
