It is a university training presentation that is concerned with the study of a set of legal rules that regulate the relationship of the state as a sovereign with its external environment of states and international organizations and with its internal environment, i.e. its various public institutions. Public law also regulates the relationship of the state as an authority with individuals and moral persons, and its most important branches are represented in constitutional law Administrative law, criminal law.
   This specialization provides all that is new in the areas of development of public law and its branches, through many theoretical and practical academic standards, as well as specialized training courses that keep pace with scientific and technical developments.
