Applications are accepted for fall or spring admission. To be considered for admission to the program, applicants must provide a statement of purpose, three letters of recommendation and a curriculum vitae, and meet one of the following sets of requirements. For applicants who have earned a bachelor’s degree within the past five years: Graduated from an accredited institution, minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0, AND minimum GRE score of 300. For applicants who are health care professionals: Graduated from an accredited institution, hold a leadership position in the health care, health policy or public health fields, completed or be currently enrolled in an MD, PhD or MS/MA degree program AND minimum GRE score of 300.
