The aim of the course is to give students a real insight into the world of sports media. Students study the history of media coverage of sport, reflect on the cultural and social significance of sport, explore interdependent relationships between sport and the media, and examine sports communication in the digital landscape. A significant focus is invested in hands-on experience of working in sports media production.
