Building on an interdisciplinary perspective distinctive to our approach to sociology and anthropology at Exeter, this degree will allow you to explore contemporary societies by focusing on health well-being in a cross-cultural perspective. In this course you will: be equipped with a broad range of research tools and approaches to study the relationship between culture, society, health and well-being, question taken-for-granted assumptions regarding contemporary modes of life and developing new ways of apprehending them, and examine the complex ways in which health and well-being are entwined with society and culture. Part Time is not available to international students.
