Terry’s Real Estate Program, which began in the early 1960s, is recognized by publications such as U.S. News & World Report as one of the finest in the nation. The program has been consistently ranked in the top five of U.S. News & World Report’s annual survey since 2005, and no other real estate program in the Southeast is ranked as high as Terry’s.

Real estate is an exciting subject for students to study because it is essentially building an understanding of the world around them. It is hard to find a company not impacted by real estate. Our majors not only sell and lease commercial real estate, they are leaders in the development, lending, investments and management of real estate.
