A 2:1 Honours degree in a suitable science subject, or an ordinary degree in a highly relevant subject such as nutrition or dietetics from an institution recognised by the University Court. Professional experience and 2:2 applicants with a strong subject specific expertise may also be considered. Relevant subjects include but are not limited to biological science, biotechnology, clinical nutrition, dietetics, food science, human nutrition, nutrition and physiology.
