The Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) is a professional doctoral degree program designed to cultivate applied professionals. Its primary goal is to develop high-level public management talents who combine theory and practice for Macao and the Greater China region (especially the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area). This program also trains public policy researchers and think tank analysts, helping them acquire analytical skills and practical knowledge in public management.
