WAEC EXAMINATIONS

Core Subjects: Credits in 3 Core Subjects English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies.

Elective Subjects: Credits in any 3 Elective Subjects:

  • General Science: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, ICT and Elective Mathematics.
  • General Arts: Economics, Geography, Elective Mathematics, ICT, History, CRS, French, Literature in English, Government and Ghanaian Language.
  • Business: Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Costing, ICT and Elective Mathematics.

GCE Ordinary and Advanced Level Certificates Applicants

GCE Ordinary Level Certificate applicants or its equivalent must have credits in 5 subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, and GCE Advanced Level Certificate with passes in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

Mature Applicants

Applicants should be at least 25 years of age and should have WASSCE/SSSCE or GCE O’ Level Certificate with credits in 5 subjects including English Language, Mathematics and a Science subject with experience in the relevant area of study. Applicants must pass a written examination and /or an interview. Mature applicants must also possess birth certificates which are, at least, five (5) years old after the date of issue.
