The Master's Degree will provide you with the necessary competences for the research, its application in the food industry, attendance and the work in all areas related to nutrition and metabolism. You will learn to integrate into a team multidisciplinary, to work critically and to develop skills in the application of the scientific method.
Train as a professional in nutrition and metabolism. You will deepen in the knowledge of the necessary tools to develop and / or interpret research tasks in the field of food science. You will learn about therapeutic diets, dietary patterns, nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics, microbiota, bioactive compounds in food, energy balance, etc. 
You will perform practical work in laboratories The students of Master's Degree develop, in small groups, internships specially designed to learn cutting-edge techniques specific to each of the scientific fields of the program. 
A work fin de Master's Degree of real application You will participate in a project of research in one of the lines of work developed at the University of Navarra, research center in Nutrition, Clínica Universidad de Navarra, food industry, research center or foreign university, to introduce you to the field of applied research.
