There are two different entry pathways to the Master of Construction Project Management/Master of Property and Development. Which program you apply for will depend on whether you’re eligible to undertake an accelerated program. Your eligibility is based on the depth of your prior experience, and how closely it relates to the disciplines.

The entry requirements for each iteration of the program are:

2.5 years full-time | 108 Units of Credit (UOC)

  • A bachelor degree with a credit average in a related field*, OR
  • An bachelor degree in any field with a credit average plus three years construction industry experience at a managerial level, OR
  • Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management and Graduate Certificate in Property and Development with a credit average.
2 years full-time, accelerated program | 84  Units of Credit (UOC)

  • An undergraduate honours degree with a credit average in a related field*, OR
  • An undergraduate honours with a credit average in an unrelated field honours plus 3 years construction industry experience at a managerial level, OR
  • A master’s degree with a credit average in a related* field
If you meet the criteria for the two-year program, you’ll receive Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) credit points for three subjects (24 UOC).

If you enter this program from the single Master of Property and Development or Master of Construction Project Management you’ll receive credit points for all courses completed. Any credit points granted before starting the single degree will be honoured in the double degree.
