University of Roehampton, London

We are committed to ensuring that our students fulfil their potential, becoming a valuable graduate: a confident, critical thinker; adaptable; able to work well with people from all walks of life; and with an ongoing passion for learning.

The University is situated on a beautiful parkland campus in the heart of south-west London; our proud history, stretching back 175 years through our four Colleges, informs our ethos of community and partnership.

We have a diverse community of 10,000 students from 141 countries and a cosmopolitan outlook, with over half of our students the first in their family to attend university. Our Student Partnership offers our students a say in how we run the University, and there is a wide range of opportunities available such as volunteering or joining a society.

We are focused on creating new knowledge that helps us to understand and improve our world; two-thirds of our research is officially recognised as of world-class standard.

University of Roehampton has been consistently ranked as London’s best modern university for three years (Sunday Times Good University Guide 2015 and 2016, Guardian University Guide 2016, The Complete University Guide 2016 and 2017)
