The interdisciplinary Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution program is administered by the School of Public Administration. The focus of the program is on public sector dispute resolution, including: foundation content on general dispute resolution theory and practice, application of skills and knowledge to the design and implementation of multi-party decision making processes, applications of skills and knowledge to the design and implementation of institutionalized public dispute resolution systems, AND the impact of social inequalities on conflict, including power, gender and culture.
