Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Master's Degree in Permanent Training in International Law

The Master's in Permanent Training in International Law is a postgraduate course developed by Comillas ICADE that aims to train excellent legal professionals specializing in commercial and financial operations, litigation and arbitration with a cross-border or multi-jurisdictional component.
This is a program taught entirely in English, which is studied in combination with the Comillas ICADE Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and in which students can choose between two available itineraries: one focused on international transactional practice (M&A, Finance and International Transactions ) and another focused on cross-border dispute resolution (International Litigation and Arbitration).
The final test of the program may consist, depending on the itinerary, of holding a competition or moot, either on the start-up and achievement of an international sales operation, financing of companies or projects or other similar cross-border operations; either on international litigation or arbitration. The teaching staff is made up of lawyers from top-level law firms, arbitration courts and other international institutions or organizations, legal consultancies from multinational companies and professors from Comillas ICADE. Our University maintains an excellent relationship with law firms.
