This course covers range of music from contemporary to classical, electronic to acoustic, across performance, composition and research. Students will develop their solo and ensemble performance skills in the first year of this BMus degree and learn about contemporary composition. Students will also build a foundation of historical knowledge and be introduced to debates on the music from their own time and explore the creative use of music technology.
