You will benefit from the expertise of the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Science to learn how to develop processes using microorganisms or enzymes, and to make bioproducts and pharmaceuticals such as antibiotics and vaccines. Your training will also enable you to design bioprocesses that meet sustainable development standards and exploit "green" species such as ethanol and microbial pesticides. You can even intervene in the reduction and recycling of residues. Training in UdeS you will, from your 1 st year of study to achieve an integration project oriented practice, teamwork and sustainability. You will use your knowledge to design a process to biotechnologically produce a basic product or to treat a residue and prevent it from ending up in the environment.
